QUESTION?

- I’m interested in utilizing the new Portfolio feature, but I’m just not sure what the difference is between a Project page and a Page. Perhaps I’m not seeing the details, but it seems to me that you could use these interchangeably to showcase content. Can someone explain it to me a little better, maybe with examples from your own site? I’ve read the Portfolio page in the support section a million times, but it doesn’t talk about what types of content its designed for.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Static pages can not be categorized by assigning categories, types, or tags. The category page is a type of post archives page, and is unrelated to the static page.Because projects may be assigned to specific types and categories, they may be displayed in various projects archives pages, as described in the Viewing Portfolio Projects section of the Portfolios support page. There are not archives pages for static pages, since there are no categories, tags, or types of static pages.Pages can be arranged in a generational hierarchy by assigning a pages to parents at the page attributes module. You can’t do this with portfolios.
